Echoes Received:
1st Echo - 1/3-ish - A small amount of his nanites (none of which include the omega-one). For the time being, they are completely inert, except in one respect—he has slight technopathy. While maintaining contact with something technological, he can make it function as normal even if it is broken or lacking a power source.
2nd Echo - 1/15 - The memory of saying "A person's a person, no matter how screwed up they are" and some of the context for it--namely that he was trying to calm someone down because if he didn't, all of Manhattan would be nuked.
3rd Echo (tier 2) - 3/9 - An increase in nanites in his body and along with them some mental schematics of a particular piece of robotics, which will allow him to build these things out of his arms. (They can also spin at fast enough speeds to drill through rock.) The nanites at this point cannot do anything aside from build the hands and give him the technopathy from his first echo.
4th Echo (tier 2) - 3/9 - The memory of his old Hong Kong gang when he used to hang with them the first time around. Remembers their appearances and basic facts about them (like name and the vague circumstances under which they came to join his gang but no real details), and some vague memories of how they used to hang out--namely chilling out in a makeshift house on a rooftop and enough petty crime to get them the necessities and a luxury here and there (it's more an 'averaged' memory, or an impression, since these things happened so routinely).
5th Echo - 3/9 - basic knowledge of what an EVO is--that it stands for Exponentially Variegated Organism, and that it's scientific gobbledygook for "any living thing can turn into a horrifying, rampaging monster at any moment and there's nothing anyone can do about it."
6th Echo - 3/11 - the knowledge that he should be able to turn his arm into a buzzsaw.
7th Echo - 3/11 - mental blueprints of the sword/buzzsaw--namely, the blueprint/mechanical specifics of how the sword expands into the buzzsaw.
8th Echo - 3/23 - Beefing up his ability to control technology a bit more--he'll be able to make small things--only small/minor things--work in ways they're not meant to (within reason, i.e. he'd be able to make things go into overdrive regardless of any limits, stuff like that) and also hack simple to moderate digital security measures just by willing it.
9th Echo - 4/10 - the memory of his fight with the enormous EVO at the very start of the series--dropping out of an aircraft and punching a 20-story tall monster hard enough to shatter nearby windows.
10th Echo - 4/12 - Further setting knowledge. He knows that some mysterious explosion five years ago (or, five years from his memory of this) is what caused the EVO phenomenon he already remembers. With this comes the knowledge that he used to work for Providence, which had a strict "cure, contain, or kill" protocol for any and all EVOs.
